Pre-approval for a loan

If you would like to make a home purchase decision quickly and the seller knows that your loan is pre-approved, it could give you an edge when you are negotiating the sales contract. Another advantage is that it can shorten the time until closing in many instances. This would also apply to a second home or rental property purchase.

Conventional Loans

These loan programs can be used for the purchase of your home, a second home, or rental property.

• Fixed interest rate loan - the interest remains the same for the term of the loan, up to 40 years.
• Adjustable interest rate loan - the interest rate can adjust annually and the beginning rate is usually lower than the fixed rate loans. The interest rate index we use for these loans is very stable and not the index used for most adjustable loans. The annual interest rate caps are less than other adjustable loans. This is a unique Liberty Federal custom product that can be designed to fit your particular circumstances.
• Construction/permanent loan - you can build a new home and have permanent financing with one loan closing. This is a unique Liberty Federal custom product that could help you finance that new home. Your builder won't need financing. Call us for details.
