Home Equity Line of Credit
This is a flexible way to use the equity in your home whenever and however you want to use it. Once you are approved, you can write checks against your line of credit. The term of the line is fifteen years and you can make draws against the line during the first five years, which, upon approval, can be extended another five years.
Home Improvement Loan
In addition to our home equity loan and home equity line of credit, we offer an FHA Title I home improvement loan that does not require any equity in your home and may not require a second mortgage depending upon the amount you borrow. This type of loan can only be used for home improvements.
